Miss Elva FitzGerald

Miss Elva FitzGerald has lived in Glenside all of her life and is a life-long learner with 3 Master’s degrees. She received the National Catholic Educational Association Distinguished Teacher Award in 2010. She is teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade Science this year. She embraces the opportunity to share the wonder of God’s creation with her students. Teaching in a Catholic school allows her to guide her students to reach their full spiritual, social, and academic potentials. Miss FitzGerald is co-chair of the Robotics team, co-chair of the National Junior Honor Society, a Reading Olympics coach, and Science curriculum coordinator. She is also a Eucharistic Minister, cantor, and choir member.
