Registration

In late Fall each year, currently enrolled families will be emailed the tuition and fee information for the next school year. Current students will be registered automatically on or by January 31 of the current school year. If a student is not re-registering for the upcoming school year, parents or guardians must let the Principal know in writing by January 15.

All financial obligations must be current before paperwork is processed for the next school year.

Families, with completed registration packets, are accepted into the school in the following preferential order:

1. Siblings of current St. Luke Catholic School families.
2. Parish families sending their first child to our school
3. Families residing out of our parish
4. When a grade is filled, a wait list is established. 

Our registration officially opens for preschool and kindergarten in February. There is a non-refundable fee due at the time of registration.

Our preschool application process includes:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if available and not at St. Luke's)
• Latest Immunization Records
• Completed Saint Luke Catholic School Registration Application 

Our kindergarten application process includes:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if available and not at St. Luke's)
• Completed recommendation form from their current preschool teacher
• Completed Saint Luke Catholic School Registration Application 
• Interview/assessment appointment with our principal and teachers

Our transfer application process includes:

• Copy of your student's last two report cards and a copy of their latest standardized test scores
• Completed recommendation form from their most recent teacher 
• Completed Saint Luke Catholic School Registration Application
• Interview/assessment appointment with our principal and teachers
